Our Story
Charterhouse was formed in 2003 in Australia. Five years later, Charterhouse has the enviable reputation as a recognised pre-eminent recruitment brand and has expanded their success to Dubai and Asia. We currently have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Our Purpose
Why another recruitment consultancy? The management team felt that we could create an environment of excellence, support, learning and fun without the shackles of a stern KPI driven sales environment and ambiguity at every turn. We believed that if we could attract, retain and develop the best consultants within their specialisations (and substantially reward them), we could create an environment that drives and motivates itself due to peer to peer achievement of excellence. Furthermore, we felt that if we could create the
right culture for consultants to work within, the service would follow.
Our Service
We are humble enough to acknowledge the brand of Charterhouse is strong but the consultants that work for us also have a brand that is equally as important.
