Project Manager, Customer Experience

My client, a leading bank, is currently recruiting for a Project Manager (VP level) for Customer Experience to join them.

Reporting to the SVP, you will be responsible for:
•Conceptualising, designing and implementing the servicing strategy for the digital bank initiative
•Designing customer journey flows for various services
•Assisting in back testing of Chatbot requirements
•Designing and implementing the remote sales and servicing customer experience projects across different lines of businesses/ countries

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
•Degree qualified with minimum 8 years of project management experience in digital servicing implementation
•Strong understanding of design thinking/ human centered design methodology and experience in using it in project implementation
•Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
