My client, a leading FinTech company, is currently looking to hire someone to be responsible for sales support functions.
•Manages daily activities of the operational sales support function
•Oversees workflow of all business processing like preparation of reports and charts
•Develops and implements promotional events and interacts with external dealers to increase sales volume
•Onboarding of merchants and accounts maintenance
•Managing employee performance for the team
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
•Degree qualified with min 8 years of sales support experience; ideally within banking/financial services/payments industry
•Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
