Head of Digital Sales Acquisition

A leading bank in Singapore has an ambitious agenda to transform its business over the next three years and there will be an unrelenting focus to digitize every experience to give to our prospects and existing clients.

You will be responsible for driving sales leads via digital platform through various channels, while optimizing marketing spend and marketing mix efficiencies for Singapore market.

•Drive sales process re-engineering to deliver lower account turnaround time and higher P/L efficiency; process optimization driven by API strategy
•Build relationships with, and leverage key media platforms aggregators for scaling acquisitions
•Establish KPI and measurement benchmarks for digital channel share growth for new customer acquisitions for all relevant consumer banking businesses with acceptable ROI on costs and P/L
•Cross-sell products through the digital eco-system to our customers; understanding digital sales insights to engineer a communication framework relevant and impactful within the banking sector; grow sales volumes for varied lines of business that depend on digital through different phases of the buying journey
•Partner with the Regional team to launch cutting edge digital media innovations and solutions for customer acquisition and relationship deepening

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
•Degree qualified with minimum 8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media and Sales
•Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
