VP, Regional Social & Content Partnership Marketing
A regional bank is currently looking to hire someone to develop and drive the social strategy at a regional level and ensuring that the same is aligned at a country level in the region. The role holder also defines, develops, and executes strategies and tactics to extend digital presence beyond advertising leveraging Social and Content partnerships.
•Providing day-to-day support to local and regional social media teams in applying global standards, playbooks and measurement frameworks to individual markets; executing social extensions of global, local or regional campaigns; setting up new social media identities; conducting annual reviews; and on-boarding new social media managers, employees and/or agency partners.
•Defining a common measurement framework and oversee dashboard/scorecard reporting at the country, region, campaign and/or global level; and leading the development of social assets to support regional and/or global product campaigns and launches.
•Monitoring competitive and industry best practices as well as updating social media playbooks, standards and related internal guidance documents on at least an annual basis, or as needed.
•Reviewing content analytics and optimizing content to ensure that traffic/engagement goals and program KPIs are met.
•Social & Content agency relationship management and ensuring high performance and spend efficiency.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
•Degree qualified with min 10 years of digital marketing experience
•Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
