Talent Engagement Manager, Executive Search

We have been in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific markets for over a decade, and our success hinges on a platform of industry knowledge and blend of international experienced Consultants. As part of our ethos to deliver the highest level of Recruitment service for our clients and due to expanding needs, there is now a Talent Engagement Manager role available to specifically provide active support to our seasoned Consultants.

The responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Constantly increasing your market knowledge in the sectors you will be assigned to. This includes providing regular industry presentation updates to both Consultants and Charterhouse Clients.
- Good understanding of professional and social media portals to identify experienced candidates, with the view to develop a candidate pool network
- Candidate generation in the form of Direct Headhunts from our client's direct competitors
- Undertake extensive market mapping research of organizational structures
- Support consultants in running shortlist of candidates to be put forward to clients. This may also include negotiating contracts and manage job offers with senior candidates
- To ensure candidates are all fully coded and that all necessary documentations are properly recorded into the Charterhouse in-house CRM system

- Degree qualified from a reputable University
- Ability to multi-task and be resilient in a dynamic working environment
- Demonstrate confidence and strategic market knowledge in front of senior business stakeholders
- Experiences in building network and relationships in other client facing positions

You will regularly be meeting with the best talents in the market and will need to demonstrate qualitative assessment in moving senior candidates suitable to key positions with Charterhouse clients. A Talent Engagement Manager does not have sales targets but will work closely with the consultant whom he/she supports. A resourceful pro-active individual who has excellent communication, drive and competitiveness to be the best in class will be critical success factors for this position.
