•Lead the business innovation and strategic planning
•Engage key stakeholders and build/maintain relationships
•Implement a comprehensive talent development & succession plan
•Identifying changing market needs and leveraging on new technology to reinvent the business
•Degree qualified with minimum 15 years of experience; preferably within hospitality industry
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
