Head of Digital Marketing & Communications (B2B)

A global leading financial services company is currently looking to hire a Head of Digital Marketing & Communications to join their Group Marketing and Communications team in Singapore.

Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for
•Creating and executing a digital communications strategy encompassing social, email, website, mobile and analytics that is aligned to overall marketing and communications strategy and underlying corporate and business objectives
•Developing and executing integrated digital marketing and communications plans according to geographical priorities
•Managing digital communications team and budgets to optimize performance
• Sourcing, negotiating and introducing digital marketing partnerships to improve company's brand perception and reach
•Building value of company's digital marketing and communication assets
•Building digital mindset across the organization by creating greater awareness of digital communication initiatives and championing the utilization of digital channels in all marketing and communication efforts

Requirements:
•Degree qualified with at least 10-15 years of experience in digital marketing/communications
•Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
