Head of Marketing, APAC

A world’s leading insulation materials manufacturer is currently looking for a Head of Marketing APAC to be based in Singapore. He/she would be responsible in creating marketing strategy for the region and identifying competitive advantages to ensure their implementation in the region.

Responsibilities
•Drive execution of commercial initiatives
•Develop and own APAC regional and country-based marketing plans in alignment with global positioning and demand generation strategies
•Ensure that the organisation possesses all necessary resources to execute the regional marketing plan. Develop, provide direction and support to the regional and local marketing teams
•Deliver 3 years product development plan. Establish new product successful launch in the defined markets
•Develop marketing communication strategy for the region in line with the global strategy. Increase the product brand visibility and attractiveness
•Up-date and create related policies and processes
•Define segment and product strategies - evaluating customer needs, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to develop effective marketing plans within Asia Pacific
•Provide regional business and sales requirements input to Global Marketing, and orchestrate the delivery of product, industry and field marketing communications to local sales organizations throughout the region

Requirements
•Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Marketing or Business is required
•MBA or a Master's Degree is preferred
•Significant experience in brand and product management
•Track record of building and driving successful marketing strategies, plans and results while tightly aligned with sales and leadership
•Experience developing and executing successful lead generation and sales enablement marketing plans
•Knowledge of b-to-b sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and acceleration.
•Specification sales understanding
•Salesforce.com experience and knowledge preferable
•Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams at a regional level
•Communication and interpersonal skills to work in international environment, the ability to work with diverse personalities and motivate others; a strong team player
•Experience working in complex environment, managing the priorities of multiple tasks, events, projects and deadlines
•Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational dynamics
•Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
•Flexibility to travel 50% of the time
