Customer Experience Manager

My client is one of the leading luxury retail companies and they are currently looking for an experienced customer experience professional to join them.

Reporting to the Head, you will be responsible for
•Planning and delivering CEM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
•Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel, digital CEM marketing campaigns.
•Monitoring and maximising customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
•Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CEM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
•Degree qualified with minimum 8 years of experience in direct and digital marketing
•Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
