Manager/Senior Manager, Customer Analytics

Due to expansion, my client, a leading retailer, is currently looking to expand the customer analytics team.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Analytics, you will be responsible for
•Identifying customer segments and understanding their buying behavior, demographics and life stage
•Driving targeted campaigns by working with marketing and segments team
•Uncover both descriptive and predictive insights for the end-to-end customer management journey
•Mapping out customer purchase journey and identify the various touch points.

•Degree qualified with at least 6-8 years of experience in database marketing and customer data analytics
•Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
