Head of Planning, Corporate Brand & Marketing

A leading FS company in Singapore is currently looking for a senior marketing individual to be responsible with planning, development and production of marketing strategy, plans and analysis. He / she would be reporting to the Global Marketing head and managing a small team in Singapore.

•Be the brand custodian of the company , he or she would be responsible for the brand health , brand architecture, trademarks and corporate assets to ensure corporate image is portrayed consistently across markets and channels.
•Track and measure performance in delivering marketing agenda and objective, identifying gaps and actions required to deliver the agenda
•Drive regular marketing review meetings with business and marketing team, conduct proactive data analysis on all metrics including monthly financials, pipeline, budgets, staff, audit reports, etc.)
•Organise and support agenda for different business units, facilitate information and best practice sharing across teams
•Budget – Executive a disciplined budget process and accurate forecasting according to agreed standards. Provide regular reports to business, marketing and finance on budget and forecast.
•Act as primary contact on support and infrastructure requirements for the marketing team.
•Co-ordinate internal and external audits and ensures audit readiness across all locations. Perform regular checks on vendors to adhere to Outsourcing governance framework.
•Ensure marketing approval papers are approved, communicated and tracked across the region.
•Ensure post campaigns analyses are performed for major campaigns across the region.
•Assist in managing key relationships with vendors and agencies by maintaining visibility over vendor’s activities, upcoming contract renewals and fulfillment of contractual obligations

•Bachelor and/or Masters level qualifications
•Minimum 12-15 years of working experience in FS industry
•Strong communications skills: oral, written and presentation
•Excellent interpersonal skills in networking and influencing
•Ability to collaborate and work dynamically across country, region, business and group stakeholders
•Ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
•Strong project management and organisational skills
•Advanced analytical and numerical skills
