Regional Customer Experience Manager (VP level)

My client, one of the leading regional banks, is currently looking for a Regional Customer Experience Manager to join them.

Reporting to the SVP, you will be responsible for driving business success by using customer experience design methodology. He/she should have the ability to see the bigger picture and to manage transformation projects through the various parties to implementation. The candidate should draw satisfaction being able to “co-own” the initiatives and seeing how they will make a difference to the overall business goals of the bank and to customer experience.

With a minimum of 8 years of customer experience, the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and stakeholders management skills and enjoys working with cross functional teams.
