Our client has been expert in the field of semi-autonomous / autonomous controlled vehicles & robots for over a decade & have partnered with leading technology developers across the globe to bring highly integrated platforms & technology to market.

We are currently working with then to recruit a Senior Robotic Engineer to design and implement perception algorithms based on Lidar, vision, sonar, radar for indoor and outdoor logistic warehouse and military applications

You will be asked to develop algorithms for processing multi-modal sensory data fusion, assist with field testing, prepare design and module test plan documentation and oversee external collaborators for development of new perception technologies.

Degree qualified engineer with a background in Mechatronics / Robotics / Electronics / Computer Science.

Ideally you will have previous experience of robotics and/or sensor fusion techniques, in C++ development on Linux Platforms for real time and embedded systems application + familiar with ROS, OpenCV, Point Cloud Library, Matlab, CMake, Git, OpenGL, or gdb would be an advantage
