SVP, Digital Sales

A leading consumer bank is currently looking to hire someone passionate to lead APAC Digital Media and Sales strategy for online channels for key market clusters in the region
This individual will be the Central Subject Matter Expert and Point of Contact for key markets and bring the value of APAC Central Digital Sales Hub expertise for respective markets

•Develop and strengthen media planning for respective markets through strong planning and media vendors
•Create partnership and represent respective markets in deals with regional and local media houses for the center, as well as market
•Harness APAC hub expertise across the cluster of markets to maximize digital sales, revenue through the channel, brand metrics and NPS
•Build sustainable and standard working processes that continues building on growth in a harmonious and time efficient/time bound manner with markets, hub and vendors
•Provide Scale and/or increase efficiency of local media houses in market
•Develop a Digital Integrated Media strategy along with hub experts to maximize the current sales and card usage and NPS output
•Actively work through hub expert with functions across the market to enable acquisition process re-engineering (through higher digitization of the application process) to reduce account turnaround time and cost of doing digital sales
•Actively work with Sales/Country Digital & Marketing Business teams to improve impact of media on awareness, brand, cards usage and conversions within the funnel
•Provide actionable insights to improve media efficiencies and reduce cost per account
•Sales process and plan alignment with multi-functions that directly and indirectly influence accounts acquired through internet - Sales and Distribution, Credit Risk, Credit Operations, Cards, Retail Banking, etc.
•Develop the dashboard using Citi’s Web Metrics System and APAC hub expertise to improve lead forms and creative across the board and improve across the funnel KPI
•Develop standard metrics to track end-to-end Sales Funnel efficiency

•12+ years of Sales experience and/or knowledge of Digital Marketing is preferred
•Strong people and project management skills with the ability to multitask
•Independent and self-motivated with a high level of initiative and energy
•Demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective
