Russell Ignatius Toh

​​With several years of experience in the sales industry, Russell has honed his skills in resolving client issues effectively.

Making the switch to the recruitment industry shortly after, Russell began his career hiring Accounting & Finance professionals for several MNCs across various commercial sectors, with a predominant focus on companies that require a large number of Accountancy & Finance professionals. This experience has enabled him to streamline his recruitment process and deepened his understanding of the specific requirements and challenges associated with hiring for these roles.

Additionally, Russell dedicates his time to National Service by serving as an Officer Commanding (OC) in his reservist battalion, where he leads an 80-strong company. This role has further honed his organizational and leadership skills.

Outside of work, Russell enjoys playing basketball and does so regularly. He also relishes travelling with family and friends.
