She has a strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders on critical mid-to-senior hires, leading complex searches across Singapore and APAC, and building high-performing teams. She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London and an MBA from Raffles University, combining analytical rigour with commercial acumen.
