Sunil Menon

​Sunil brings over 25 years of experience in financial services and talent acquisition across APAC and EMEA. He has partnered with global banks, multinational organisations, and high-growth businesses to recruit talent from entry-level professionals through to senior executives.

Prior to moving into recruitment, Sunil built a strong foundation in banking and financial services, later leading strategic hiring initiatives at BNY. His commercial insight and regional expertise enable him to build lasting partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Sunil enjoys running, is an avid boxing fan, and loves travelling with his young family.
