Accounts Payable, Manager (Shared Service Center)

Job description

​Our client is a reputable organisation with diverse portfolios.

With many years of development and an experienced senior management, they are seeking for this Accounts Payable Manager to further improve their accounting processes through automation and enhancement projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In charge of the Accounts Payable function including maintain good working relationship with stakeholders

• Responsible for month year closing activities and ensuring transaction are timely and accurate

• Reviewing of both trade and non-trade payments transaction

• Continuous improvement and identifying areas of improvement for accounts payable function

• Maintain good internal controls and compliance accordance to group policies

• Lead, develop and motivate a team of experienced finance professional

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounting or Business degree/Chartered Accountant

• At least 10 years of relevant experience background in finance

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership skill with positive mindset

• Driven and self-motivated

• Hands-on experience with SAP system would be an added advantage

• Prior big 4 experience background would be an added advantage
