Job description
My client is an established public MNC and looking to hire an experienced lawyer based in Singapore.
Key Attributes:
- Legal Advisory
- APAC Exposure
- Negotiate various contracts with big tech companies
Reporting to the Group Head Legal Counsel, this lawyer will advise on various legal matters in regards to information technology and procurement. This is a regional role and you will be required to negotiate contracts to protect and maintain the MNC’s best interest. Given the nature of the business, this lawyer will be exposed to various public technology companies and products.
This position requires you to have excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills as you will be leading various contract negotiations.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Recognized Law Degree
- Minimum 4-6 years of PQE
- Excellent communication skills
