APAC Senior Payroll Finance Specialist position with a Prolific High Growth MNC

Job description

Responsibilities:

Joining the regional payroll team of 3pax, this APAC Senior Payroll Finance Specialist will report into the APAC Payroll Manager in the Singapore regional office.

You will be accountable for managing the full suite of payroll operations and processes for the APAC region; including management of country vendor service levels, compliance to local regulations, reviewing and reconciling payroll files, as well as supporting with yearly payroll activities (ie. Employee tax filing review, statutory filing).

Partnering across various functional stakeholders including HR operations, C&B, HQ admin and global mobility teams will be expected; given the need to also assist with regional equity administration and reporting requirements. This role will serve as the main contact point for any regional payroll operational escalations and issues to be resolved.

Additional ad-hoc projects for increased efficiencies and operational process improvements, will also be required.

This opportunity will provide regional breadth and depth of regional Payroll Finance support responsibilities with a prolific high growth MNC.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of hands-on regional payroll operational management experience

• Experience with SAP or Oracle will be highly advantageous

• Japanese or Korean language capabilities will be advantageous given the need to support the needs for these markets

• Prior shared services experience will be advantageous

• Adaptable and flexible to learn and be involved with new payroll related projects

• High level of integrity in dealing with highly sensitive information

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

• Strong ability to influence senior key regional stakeholders
