My Client is an establish Insurance Firm with regional HQ in Singapore. To support the needs of the business, they are looking for an Assistant Manager in charge of regulatory reporting to be based in their Singapore office.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, You will be responsible for preparing any submission to MAS and also involved in interpreting and implementing any new regulations in the business. A large part of the role will also require you to prepare financial statements in line with Singapore FRS. You will also need to be very familiar with MAS regulatory reporting and accounting standards in the insurance industry.
To be successful, individual must possess:
- A recognized degree in Accounting with CPA or relevant professional accountancy qualifications
- At least 5 years of reporting experience in the Insurance industry ( Big 4 auditors with Insurance in their portfolio welcome)
- Quick learner, strong in excel
- Able to work in a fast pace, dynamic environment
