Job description
A Data Management Leader for IT program and portfolio implementation who acts as the interface between IT Data management and business units in support of business profitability and sustainable growth objectives. Responsible for developing and drive the overall IT Strategy for Data Management with the objective to promote the use of IT solutions to create strategic business advantages for the company. As well, develop the centres of excellence for IT team to pool, nurture and sustain important IT skills.
To be successful, individual must possess:

10 years of experience in IT Data Management environment with supervisory experience on the supported IT domain.

Sound experience in managing IT projects and portfolios with high level of expertise relations to formulation of business case and implementation plan till benefit realization

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership capabilities that can lead, influence and motivate to create a high performing team

Domain proficiency in insurance business and its operations including distribution channels modus operandi is essential

Degree in IT from an accredited institution. Master’s degree is preferred.
