Job description
Partnering with one of the largest Insurers, we are currently sourcing for the role of Associate Director in the FCC team.
You will be managing a team to implement FCC frameworks and manage financial crime risk on an enterprise-wide basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will drive, champion and implement Group FCC and Regulatory Compliance policies and guidelines.
You will be responsible in providing ongoing FCC advisory and support to the business to ensure compliant of all BUs.
You will take ownership in developing and reviewing the robustness of financial crime identification processes and risk controls and communicate the impact of new/changing legislation on FCC practitioners and the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify, you should possess
Degree
At least 15 years of compliance experience in the financial services industry
Proven and in-depth experience in the AML/CFT domain with working knowledge of applicable MAS notices and guidelines
Ability to work with Senior management and external regulators
