Job description
Charterhouse Partnership is supporting a regionally renowned Financial Institution to source for a Change Management candidate, who will be advising, implementing, and supporting change management activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be leading/supporting the end to end process optimisation across the finance department, identifying the areas of focus, develop the implementation roadmap and business case; concurrently managing the change process.
You will be required to maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and the better safeguard the company
REQUIREMENTS:
To be qualified for this position, you should have at least 8 years of working experience with at least 3-5 years of experience within the change environment.
You should have a good understanding of the finance processes and change management skills and knowledge.
