Job description
Our client, a leading financial services company, is currently looking for a senior Brand & Marketing professional to join them. Sitting in the Group Office, he/she will be responsible for delivering excellence in marketing and strengthening the positioning of the brand across Asia.
Responsibilities:
Lead best-in-class marketing and implement standardised metrics to track customer response and satisfaction
Develop an effective regional marketing framework to drive engagement, acquisition and retention
Create an efficient and effective regional marketing approach for all operating markets
Work with in-country marketing leads to assess marketing/campaign plans for the business
Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and advise on marketing campaigns
Lead market research and customer data analysis making informed decisions
Share insights on industry trends and standards around marketing and lead generation
Requirements:
At least 15 years experience in Brand and Marketing; preferably with past experience in high growth company
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
Agile and highly adaptable to different environments and situations
Traveling is required
