Job description
My client, a leading ecommerce business, is currently looking for a Catalogue Content Lead to join them. This role will define the catalogue strategy and manage the end-to-end content production for the online store, driving conversions through continuous improvements in content.
Responsibilities:
- Curate content for website and mobile app creating a consistent branding across all customer touch points
- Work closely with merchandising team to roll out campaigns
- Track and monitor customer journey to streamline and improve user journey
- Support testing for any new enhancements on platform interface and user experience
- Create meta data for site search and SEO and enhancing rich content to increase product visibility and conversion rate
- Define SKU content guidelines and reduce cost and time required to list
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with at least 6-8 years’ experience in ecommerce catalogue management
- Ecommerce experience is a must
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
