Job description
Our client is a leader in imaging diagnostics industry
Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets:
- Identify sales opportunities for the company’s products and services in designated areas, develop sales programs, expand market share, develop, manage and improve channel performance
- Effectively implement strategic and tactical sales plans by identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities to maximize sales success and deliver sales targets
- Manage sales funnels using sales sound principles and tools to ensure sales success
Dealer contacts/Channel Management:
- Drive profitable business growth through sales transactions with dealers include: Contact/visit assigned dealers periodically to maintain relationships, understand their potential interests and opportunities, understand deviations, promote sales, inform price or to collect VOC
- Analyze and grow channels partners to ensure coverage and growth in market share and to maximize the longevity of the channel management
- Monitor dealer performance including consumption and buying patterns using available databases and system as well as their compliance with contract terms
Operations/Others:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Be responsible for providing sales training to dealers regularly
- Promptly entering Sales notes in Sales CRM tool
- Actively attend sales training stipulated by the company
Requirements
- Demonstrated successful track record in sales with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience preferably in X-ray equipment sales
- Tertiary qualifications, in science, preferably in medical imaging field
- Demonstrated high-level competency in the use of common office software applications
- Demonstrated that you are a self-motivated person who is pro-active and self-organized
- Proven ability to work cooperatively with and be part of a diverse multi-disciplinary team
- Proven understanding of the structure, operation and funding of the Country Health System with particular emphasis on the Medical Imaging
