Chatbot System Project Manager

Job description

​The project manager will be serving as a Chatbot subject matter expert to clients and work on chatbot projects as well as supporting Chatbot presales activities.

The project manager is responsible manage project to create guided conversations flows in a chatbot system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in requirements gathering; work with project stakeholders in reviewing and refining functional specifications

• Work with project stakeholders in reviewing and refining functional specifications

• Analyse functional requirements to understand how it can be created as a chatbot guide conversation flow.

• Be familiar with the chatbot content management system to support business users.

• Understand the guide conversations to be created and analyze if they require backend data. Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure required APIs to get or send data are configured into the chatbot content management system.

• Proactively track projects/tasks to ensure work is completed on schedule

• Facilitating communication on project status, to include applicable corrective and preventive actions

• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) & implementation activities

• Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently

• Prepare & maintain up-to-date system documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters / Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline

• At least 2 years as a Project Manager

• Familiar with chatbot systems

• Familiar with integration of REST Services and 3rd party APIs

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and ceremonies

• Strong analytical skills to understand business use cases

• Good conversation design skills.

• Possess a can-do attitude, initiative, creativity and ability to work under stringent time

• Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivator with a positive attitude and with high energy

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Nice to have:

• Understanding of Natural Language Processing

• Experienced in Python and/or Java

• Experience with Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift
