Job description
We represent our client who is a shipping with global footprints, there is now an opportunity for an experienced compensation and benefits deputy manager to join the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role of the Compensation & Benefits deputy manager will be to support and executive full spectrum of compensation and benefits, global mobility, and performance management across the region.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of experience in total rewards function in multinational companies. You come across as highly motivated, effective communicator with the ability to build strong rapport, confident to take initiatives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
