Job description

​We represent our client who is a blue-chip company with global footprints, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Compensation Lead to join the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Compensation lead, you will lead a team to champion topics across rewards and performance management. You will engage with senior stakeholders in annual performance management and total rewards solutions that is aligned with business goals for Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of rewards experience with at least 3 years in a people management function. You come across as highly motivated, effective communicator with the ability to build strong rapport, confident to take initiatives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
