As the Talent Acquisition Manager, this is a people management role responsible for a sizable team, driving process improvement that is effective, relevant and analytics driven. The job scope is innovative and programmatic in nature where one will engage stakeholders actively at all levels.
With between 7 to 10 years of solid knowledge on talent acquisition landscape in Singapore, this role will suit a highly resilient and confident individual, who enjoys game changing mandates, to motivate and shape talent acquisition function in a complex and evolving environment.
