Job description
My client, a leading global bank, is currently looking for an experienced digital acquisiton candidate to join the Singapore team. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for driving online sales through segment targetting and working closely with different teams to ensure a cohesive digital acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Building and implementing the overall digital acquisition strategy
- Designing the digital sales funnel optimisation strategy that cuts across all digital channels like web, paid, social etc
- Forecasting sales performance trends and setting performance management standards to increase overall market share
- Supporting the digital sales optimisation programs like development and execution of a/b testing and building valuable/relevance audience strategies
- Overseeing all performance analysis for campaigns
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with at least 6 years' experience in similar role, preferably from banking/financial services or ecommerce platform
- Strong understanding of web analytics and tagging platforms; for example Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick, Google Tag Manager etc
- Familiar with regulators guidelines like PDPA, FATCA and CRS
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
