Job description

Our client, a leading global bank, is looking to hire a senior person in the regional team to play an instrumental position in supporting the five year roadmap for the regional retail wealth business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital enabled marketing strategies to drive acquisitions, re-purchases and persistency with omni-channel approaches
  • Responsible for all media buy and performance marketing solutions across the company
  • Contextualise and lead the digital content production across all digital enabled campaigns using data driven choices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage on data and analytics and platform capabilities to drive optimal customer digital touch-points to drive customers engagement and sales
  • Responsible for engagement and sales KPIs of all digital enabled sales campaigns
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices

 

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified with at least 15 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Strong business acumen, good collaboration skills and an effective team player is a must to succeed in this role
  • Great project management abilities and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong in problem solving
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholders engagement and management skills
  • Results orientated profile
  • Takes initiative to constantly improve and embrace, reinvent for new changes
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
