This is a leadership role with an international MNC that has a strong recognisable brand and which has been consistently registering double digit growth in Asia Pacific region. As part of HR transformation, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned Talent leader to drive the new operating model. In this role, you will consult closely with your HR colleagues as well as business leaders in advising on full spectrum of talent issues such as on talent identification and review, as well as fine-tuning the acquisition process to ensure the firm “hire right” for the corporate culture, ensuring a strong pipeline for critical positions as well as overall logical flow of end to end talent cycle. This position will require you to contribute at a strategic, programmatic level and at the same time, be able to be hands-on, as the team navigates through transformation.
To qualify, we will require the individual to have at least 10 years of in-depth talent management experience gained in a fast growing, dynamic and innovative environment. Additionally, the person should have exceptional stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to navigate complexities and build relationship across multiple platforms.
