Finance Controller/Director

Job description

Rare opportunity to be part of the finance team with a growing real estate organisation.

Reporting to the CFO, this person will be responsible for supporting the group finance operation, reporting and strategic planning

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for group finance operation including reviewing of group consolidation, financial reporting, management reporting and ensure timely closing
• Involved in M&A such as refinancing and tax due diligence
• Providing analysis and evaluation to support on project decision
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management
• Ensure reporting are compliance to IFRS
• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of 3 to 4
• Participate in investment projects such as financing, tax structuring

REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounting or Business degree/Chartered Accountant
• At least 10 – 12 (Finance Controller), 12 – 15 (Finance Director) years of relevant experience background in finance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Real Estate/property developer experience background would be an added advantage
• SGX reporting experience will be an added advantage
