Job description
Our client in the life sciences industry is seeking for a strong finance professional to oversees their day to day finance operation.
Reporting to the Head of Department, this person will oversee local and South East Asia entities and as a strategies personnel to lead and participate in their finance transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in overseeing the financial operation and consolidation for the region.
Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, taxation
Ensure reporting are compliance to IFRS
Assist in setting up new entity, working with external parties on system implementation, setting of new finance framework/SOP
To be a strategies partner to advise best accounting practices
REQUIREMENTS:
Accounting or Business degree/Chartered Accountant
At least 13 – 15 years of relevant experience background in finance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Prior big 4 experience background will be an added advantage
Comfortable to work in a fast paced environment and being hands-on
Proficient in SAP will be added advantage
