Financial Planning & Analysis Controller with a Top Tier Pharmaceutical Healthcare MNC
You will be leading the below key FP&A responsibilities and partnering closely with the business leaders to drive strategic plans for the local affiliate operations and regional office.

In an individual contributor position as the FP&A Controller, the role holder will report into the Finance Director seated here within the Singapore regional office.
You will be leading the below key FP&A responsibilities and partnering closely with the business leaders to drive strategic plans for the local affiliate operations and regional office.
Key duties include:
- Being a finance business partner, providing financial analytical insight and advice to meet business objectives;
- Working with functional heads and the leadership team with planning & budgeting including the product promotion and medical activities for the business units;
- Preparation and submission of the annual budget and reforecast;
- Preparation of monthly management reports for sales by products analysis, OPEX by department analysis, Product promotion & Medical spend analysis;
- Partnering and working with the Shared Services team, and overseeing of internal controls and ensuring financial accounting & reporting is in place;
- Tax compliance, audit and reporting
Skills/Experience:
- Qualified Accountant and Degree in Accountancy / Finance
- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of hands on FP&A and management reporting experience, including a small percentage of financial accounting & reporting aspect
- Prior Big 4 audit fundamentals will be highly advantageous
- Proven business partner ideally within Pharmaceutical / Healthcare or FMCG industries
- Adaptable and flexible to learn and be involved with various Finance improvement projects
- Hands on SAP experience preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Strong ability to influence senior key regional stakeholders
