Our Client is one of leading global FMCG, Currently they are looking for global tax manager as a newly created role to support company’s rapid expansion

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and review internal transfer pricing computation and adjustment as well as review of all intercompany transactions
• Manage and prepare transfer pricing documentation and local files both in-house and with external tax advisors
• Support the tax compliance process, including review of corporate and indirect
• Working closely with outside tax vendors to ensure corporate tax and indirect tax return compliance deadlines are met and tax payments made timely and partner with business units
• Conduct regular internal review of Transfer Pricing policies in accordance with updated tax regulation developments
• Perform Transfer Pricing, M&A and Process Improvement as required and prepare monthly tax reports to management, review tax provisions for the group

Skills/Experience:

The successful candidate should have proven track records in transfer pricing regulations and methodologies, lend transfer pricing expertise to the organization as well as conducting benchmarking studies and hands-on preparation of transfer pricing report

You should possess professional qualifications, minimum degree in accountancy or its equivalent, preferably with CPA / CA or advanced taxation qualification with minimum of 6 years’ transfer experience in audit firm or MNC Hyperion and capable of SAP would be preferable

You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high analytical and problem-solving skill. And strong in leadership as well as demonstrated ability for creative analysis and creative problem-solving and be able to demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
