Job description
Rare opportunity to be part of the finance team with an established real estate organisation
Reporting to the Finance Director, this person will be responsible for supporting the group finance reporting such as consolidation and management reporting
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for complex group consolidation
- Preparation of management reporting and financial reporting
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management
- Involved in finance related projects including setting up of new entities, financing, M&A
- Supervision and providing guidance to a team of finance personnel
- Participate in their IPO project
REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting or Business degree/Chartered Accountant
- At least 10 – 12 years of relevant experience background in finance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior big 4 experience background would be an added advantage
- SGX reporting and IPO experience
