Job description
A leading consumer business is currently looking to hire a Head of Data and Analytics to join them. Successful candidate will be focusing on driving access and usage of data across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and enforcing consistent data governance framework
- Driving the utilisation of data and analytics across the organisation
- Generating external demand for data and drive monetisation
- Improving data infrastructure to ensure readiness for analytics use cases
- Monitoring and resolving any data quality issues
- Working closely with Data Privacy Officer to maintain data security and privacy
- Creating framework with data owners for internal sharing
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with at least 18 to 20 years of professional experience; minimum 12 years in data centric organisation as a management role
- Project management experience / certifications (PRINCE, PPMP)
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
