Job description
A well established bank is currently looking for a Head of Digital Channel to join the country team. Using digital channels, you will play a key part in product penetration of wealth management and insurance. This includes new customer acquisition, increasing transaction activity and improving ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital channel strategy, ensuring best in class acquisition capabilities for wealth and insurance customers
- Liaise with various stakeholders to deliver messaging, onboarding journeys and platform capabilities
- Develop and implementing an operating model for Digital as a Channel
- Ensure digital goals are identified and delivered in the most cost-effective manner
- Identify areas to partner for offering wealth services digitally to customers
- Own commercial KPI for digital wealth and insurance
- Deliver digital sales for the retail and wealth business
- Build best in class digital channel experience and optimisation
Requirements
- Degree qualifiied with 12-15 years of experience in digital channels; preferably with a background in wealth management and/or insurance
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
