Head of Finance

Job description

​RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading a team of 10 – 15 pax
• Supervise direct staff to ensure the compliance and accuracy of reporting, etc
• Responsible for full spectrum finance matters for Singapore and its subsidiaries
• Conduct annual budgeting exercise with various department heads and stakeholders
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement
• Assist the tax team on all compliance related matters
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent (ACCA or CA) with prior experience in auditing
• Minimally 6 years of experience in managing accounting operation and a big team (10+ pax and above)
• Experience in Tech, Retail or FMCG industry is an added advantage
• Proficient understanding of US GAAP and working knowledge in tax
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
