Job description
We are pleased to partner our client who is a leading visionary financial institution of Singapore. As part of transformation, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Shared Services Lead to join the team to lead the Malaysia entity.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will embrace and lead transformation initiatives, taking ownership for all shared services matters. There will be plenty of greenfield – this senior individual will be expected to direct, conceptualise and implement frameworks that can impact the business, in line with corporate policy as well as market practices. As this role will lead a team of direct reports, it’s key that the individual is capable of exercising strong mentorship with sound people management approach.
The ideal candidate will have more than 15 years of HR Shared Service experience within the Banking and Financial sectors, with 5 years of people management experience. You will have solid grasp of employment laws in Malaysia and come across as highly motivated, confident to take initiatives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and influencing to manage senior stakeholders.
