This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of HR who is keen to lead Organisation Transformation with our client. Our client is a renowned player in the Real Estate industry with commercial and residential properties spanning across and beyond Singapore. As a next phase of growth, they are looking to ramp up competencies of their people in order to grow the organisation’s abilities internally. Thus, a strong HR leader is required to boost productivity and performance in the organisation by building and influencing an enhanced culture.
Your role is to be a trusted advisor to the Senior Management and lead change from within. You will be required to build up HR infrastructure and systems to ensure HR’s value to the organisation continually grows. As an organisation, you will be required to embark the organisation through various stages of culture change and organisational development.
You should have at least 10 years of HR leadership experience with prior experience in leading large teams. You should also have a proven track record in building relationships across the organisation with the willingness to be ‘hands-on’ with employee matters on the ground. You should come across as mature and confident, with strong interpersonal skills to relate and convey People Matters to all levels within the organisation. Most importantly, the ideal candidate should be a tenacious HR leader with the drive to inspire change in the organisation.
