Job description
My client, a leading Information Technology & Services company, is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Head due to business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop a best-in-class CRM system
- Drive the lifecycle marketing efforts
- Define measurement frameworks, planning, and analysis needs
- Manage end-to-end development and execution of customer messaging campaigns
- Grow the team by leading the hiring efforts
Qualifications
- 8 years' in B2C lifecycle marketing within the tech space
- Experience in building a lifecycle marketing program from scratch is a must
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
