Job description
โWe represent our client who is a leading financial institution with global footprints, there is now an opportunity for an experienced HR Associate to join the team.

Responsibilities:
The role of the HR Associate will be to manage the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding activities which includes reference checks, p-file management, key point of contact for internal staffs enquires on leave or claims related matters, liaison with various internal department and MOM, and exit interview.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of HR operations in financial institutions.
You will have good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and systems, and come across as highly motivated, effective communicator with the ability to build strong rapport, confident to take initiatives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
