This is a regional role with a recognised market leader in the financial services sector that operates a stable business and reports consistently strong performance. Operating in a collaborative culture that emphasises teamwork, the close-knit HR team is looking for an effective and meticulous HR Generalist to support HR operations in Southeast Asia.
The versatile individual will be responsible for the delivery of operational HR services and administration, managing the full gamut of employee life cycle processes from on-boarding to off-boarding. Other key areas of responsibility include expat management, benefits administration, working with the HRIS, vendor management and the processing HR related invoices.
With more than 5 years’ background in a similar role and hands-on experience in HR operations, reporting and local HR regulations, the individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and show sound understanding of benefits and payroll processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, and candidates should be self-motivated learners who can multi-task and work in a highly organised way.
