Reporting to the Lead HRBP, the role of the HR Business Partner will be to oversee the entire employee lifecycle with high involvement in organisation development and talent management related HR initiatives.
Being the main point of contact for employees’ matters, the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all seniority levels is a key.
The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of HR business partnering experience in MNC companies.
You will have solid grasp of employment laws in Singapore and come across as highly motivated, confident to take initiatives in a fast paced, culturally diverse, and dynamic environment.
