Job description
We represent a financial institution with global footprints, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the APAC Head of HR, the role of the HR Business Partner will be to oversee the entire Hong Kong office for delivery and deployment of HR solutions to the business.
Being the main point of contact for the management and employees, the ability to proactively communicate with stakeholders of all seniority levels is a key.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of HR Generalist and Business Partnering experience within financial institutions.
You will have solid grasp of employment laws in Hong Kong and come across as highly motivated, confident to take initiatives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and influencing to manage internal stakeholders.
